Who Are BNW?

BNW Developments — originally Bricks n Wood — is a UAE real estate development company co-founded by Ankur Aggarwal (Chairman) and Vivek Anand Oberoi (Co-Founder and Managing Director). The company has established a portfolio across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, with RAK now representing their primary focus and most ambitious pipeline.

In 2025, BNW was recognised as the 12th Best Workplace in the Real Estate Industry across the GCC by Great Place to Work Middle East. RAK Central is BNW's most strategically significant move beyond Al Marjan Island. RAK Central is Marjan's new commercial and business district — a master-planned development spanning more than 3.1 million square feet, scheduled for completion by 2030. BNW is the most prominent private developer within RAK Central, with a Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences already signed and announced for the district.
